The main cause is prolonged labor with amount 3.42% (5 people) as a result of maternal anxiety on their pain. In BPM Hj.Tutik Rif'atun Ni'mah, SST, S.Psi their were 146 mothers in labor, and 13% (19 people) of it were brought to the hospital.
